In Saint-Jean-d'Illac, we offer this 120 m² single-storey house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 1,600 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 50 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A dining area for enjoying a meal together
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- A study with a double sofa bed
- Bathroom with shower and bath, double washbasin unit
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 9 m² round above-ground swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to September. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.
- A lovely 1,600 m² garden
- A 100 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Saint-Jean-d'Illac, in a quiet housing estate with around ten houses, away from the town, on the edge of a pine forest. Local shops are 5 minutes away and supermarkets 10 minutes. Hypermarkets are 20 minutes away.

- Pets accepted for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
