The studio is an outbuilding located at the rear of our property. • The Garden: This verdant haven is shared only with the two of us (the owners). The jacuzzi is private, just for you! • Absolute discretion: We live in the main house but we make it a point of honour to respect your peace and quiet. Maintained at 36°C all year round, it awaits you for moments of relaxation until 11 p.m. • Sunny terrace: A terrace allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors, surrounded by plants and tropical flora. 🔑 Simple and independent access For your comfort, we have designed an access that guarantees you total freedom from the moment you arrive: • Independent entrance: You access your studio directly from the street via a private entrance. No need to cross our house, you can come and go as you please, in complete privacy. • Easy parking: You have the advantage of being able to park for free right in front of the entrance to your studio. LOCATION: Studio Magudas is located 300m (1 min walk) from Intermarché. You are 15 minutes by car from the Grand Théâtre in the heart of Bordeaux's historic centre. How to get to the studio from the airport? - Allow a maximum of 10 minutes by car (6.4km) Where are the transport options? in common? PGJyPg - The "Les pins" tram stop is 3 minutes away by car or 10 minutes on foot and there are several bus stops.
