Apartment 'Chez Guillaume' with Air Conditioning (AC) in the Heart of Bordeaux

On the second floor of a secure building with other homes, this 35 m² air-conditioned apartment is ideal for solo stays, couples, families or friends (3 adult beds and a cot available—see photos). In 2026, the extra bed was replaced with a proper single bed for greater comfort.



Ideal for short, long or business stays, it is in central Bordeaux, steps from tram line A (Hôtel de Ville stop), the cathedral, city hall and courthouse. Explore the city easily while enjoying the apartment’s peace and quiet.



The combined living and sleeping area has a table, comfortable chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi and storage. At night, it becomes a bedroom with two 90 cm x 2 m beds with thick mattresses and a single bed.



The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, soap and hairdryer. The toilet is separate.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and several coffee makers.



A travel cot, high chair and pushchair are available on request. Secure luggage storage is available at the bottom of the building for an extra fee, making arrivals and departures easier. Cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan are provided for your convenience.



Please note that there is no lift.
