Apartment 'Chez Christian' with Air Conditioning (AC) in the Heart of Bordeaux

On the ground floor of a secure building with other apartments, this air-conditioned 35 m² apartment suits solo guests, couples, families or friends (3 adult beds and a cot available – see photos). Since 2026, a proper single bed has replaced the extra bed for greater comfort.

Ideal for short, long or business stays, it is in central Bordeaux, steps from tram line A (Hôtel de Ville stop), the cathedral, city hall and courthouse. Enjoy the city from a quiet, comfortable base.

The combined living and sleeping area has a table, comfortable chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi and storage. At night, it becomes a bedroom with two 90 cm x 2 m beds with thick mattresses and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, neutral soap and hairdryer. The toilet is separate.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils, dishwasher and coffee machines compatible with different formats. It is ideal for preparing your meals.

Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair and pushchair) is available on request. Cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, broom and dustpan are provided. Secure luggage storage is also available downstairs in the building for an extra fee, making arrivals and departures easier.

Please note there is no lift.

All accommodation is accessible to guests and offers a practical, pleasant setting for making the most of Bordeaux.
