### 105m2 loft on the road to the prestigious Médoc castles

Located at the gates of Médoc, warm and modern loft in the heart of the village of Macau.   
Close to all amenities (delicatessen, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.).   
Discover an atypical loft  
105m2 loft with 3 bedrooms:  
  
A master bedroom with 1 large double bed and 2 bunk beds  
A spa room with 1 large double bed and a spa bath  
A mezzanine bedroom with 1 large double bed  
  
Also rest on our "hanging net" for a nap or a reading break.   
And also take advantage of the outdoor courtyard shared with us.   
The accommodation is located near the golf courses of Bordeaux and Pian Médoc, as well as the Parc des Expositions and the Palais des Congrès, not to mention the Matmut stadium.  
  
The cleaning fee is included in the price as well as the household linen (sheets and towels provided).
