You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Beautiful, large holiday home with all comfort in the large lake district Kalv-sweeping 

Holiday house is located in the Fegensee area, about 240 km from Trelleborg, in a beautiful natural area in woodland  
and water-rich area in the large lake district Kalv-Fegen with own boat and Bdeplatz with sandy beach at the lake Fegen.  
large winter-proof house with a floor space of 170 sqm,  
upper floor :  
large living room with huge living area, color TV with satellite TV (all German channels),  
Exit to the large glassed-in conservatory with large seating area in which you can sit comfortably and grill in bad weather,  
Large kitchen with complete equipment such as dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, large fridge and  
Freezer etc. In direct connection to the kitchen corner lounge with sofa.  
Four bedrooms with a total of 8 beds, two of them with double bed, the other 2 bedrooms each with two single beds.  
Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink  
The entire house will be heated with a newly installed, energy-saving heat pump in 2017  
Air conditioning, where you can heat the upper floor and the lower floor separately or air conditioning.  
In the bathrooms there are additional small radiators.

A staircase in the hallway leads to the 2017/18 newly developed lower floor of the house.  
Here is a completely new and separate living space with bedroom and living room. little one

Outside around the house is lawn with barbecue and fire pit.

Private boat place in a secluded location in a bay of the great lake with a rowboat and sand beach and  
Bathing place. Here, the water depth of the lake gradually increases especially pleasant when bathing with children.  
The Fegenseegebiet with a contiguous water area of ​​approx. 180 km in unspoiled nature  
with excellent fishing and water sports. Very good fish stock with big pike and  
Zander, perch, eel and Laake as well as many other kinds of fish among other things large Schleien and  
White fish. In winter excellent fishing for large eel tadpoles and pike and perch.  
Furthermore, the perfect location of the house between Fegensee and Kalvsee (top zander area) allows  
fishing in both lakes.  
If you rent a larger boat and trailer hitch on your own car, we are happy to help  
One of our boat trailer available and you can, as you wish, between Kalvsee and  
Fegensee for fishing back and forth. Here in the lake district is the rental of one of our larger  
Fishing boats are recommended.  
The entire area of ​​the Fegen and the Kalvsees lies in the nature reserve without holiday home settlements  
and mass tourism. The house is suitable for all types of holiday Sweden, whether for large and small  
Fishing groups, water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers, for cycling and mushroom and berry pickers and

Die Lage ist sehr gut,das Haus groß, aber muss besser gepflegt werden. Die Feuchtigkeit ist besonders im Keller zu spüren.

#### Området är jättebra med fin natur men bostaden uppfyller inte alls förväntningarna.

Bostaden uppfyllde inte alls vad som framgick av beskrivningen Sovrum i källaren som inte gick att sova i på grund av lukt och hög fuktighet. Bostaden var också väldigt sliten och behov av uppfräsning. Saknades också utemöbler tv fanns bara tyska kanaler hyr man ut till svenskar så förväntar man sej att det skall gå att se svensk tv.
