It's just so beautiful and the staff were all super friendly and happy especially at the beach bar and around the beach, always passing small bites of food to try and iced water to keep you hydrated. The staff are always willing to help, be it to organise activities, advise on dinner plans or simply to arrange a lift to and from your villa in a golf cart! There is nothing I did not like about this resort. It sits in the perfect location, minutes away from the airport, with a smooth sail across the ocean. I loved that the beach is private, so no bother from anyone selling products. I met a lot of friendly hotel staff who went above and beyond, Heikalani being one if them. I absolutely loved my villa. Hotel/Resort stunning. Room was amazing especially view and layout/facilities. Buggy service to/from room was slow. Food prices expensive but in line with expectations. Drink prices (esp. cocktails) however were absurdly expensive especially as hotel staff did not understand wine (red wine chilled ! and often oxidised) and non fresh cocktail ingredients - no fresh orange juice in entire resort. We stayed here for 4 nights and loved every second of it! The staff really make this place - we have never met such kind, genuine and smiley happy people. You couldn't help but smile yourself. The room was big, with everything you need. The only thing that could be improved is slightly more privacy around the ground floor rooms.
