This seasonal one-bedroom log cabin offers a quiet, wooded setting just a short walk from a lakefront beach. Ideal for couples or small families, the cabin is perfect for relaxing, launching a kayak, or exploring nearby Boothbay Harbor and the surrounding trails. This cozy 550 sq ft log cabin comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 1 child or teen. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, and there’s a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping space. The cabin is heated and cooled by a heat pump system controlled by remote, ensuring comfort in any weather. Guests have exclusive access to the cabin, including the private porch and deck. The cabin is located just a short walk to the beach, where you’ll find access for swimming and launching watercraft. A Sea Maine team member will meet you upon check-in to deliver keys, give a tour of the home, and answer any questions you may have. House Rules And Guest Information: \- Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child or teen \- Quiet hours after 10:00 PM \- Please turn off exterior lights at night \- No pets and no parties allowed Guests can enjoy multiple kayaks, canoes, and rowboats available at the common beach area—with life jackets provided in a bin next to the boat rack, and spend their days hiking local trails, paddling the length of the lake, or swimming from the floating dock. Essentials provided: towels, linens, cleaning supplies, basic toiletries, iron and ironing board, vacuum, spare bulbs and batteries, and hairdryer IMPORTANT: Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300. • Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times. • Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive. • A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations. • Pets are not allowed at this property.
