"Food was greasy and cold. Was told pool was heated. It wasn't only hot tub. Room was nice. Staff was OK until check out. We did make a mess on the sheet and it needed to be replaced. Staff was very rude about it and over charged on the deposit refund for 1 sheet. They thought 40 was an OK amount ..."
