SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ukiah
8/10 Good
"SureStay Best Western in Ukiah, Ca. - This is a nice little hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Room had a mini fridge that actually worked pretty good. Plenty of parking, staff was nice. A wall mounted AC/heater that worked pretty good. Basic TV channels. The shower had some seriously good water pressure too. Plenty of parking. Over all a nice experience over a period of 4 days. The only reason I gave them 4 stars - the breakfast was basically, bagles, cold cereal or eggo waffles with juice or coffee, I feel that is pretty much the bare minimum. No room safe. No ice machine. Had to go to the front desk and they gave you a small bag of ice, nice but kinda of an inconvenience. I mean if you looking for a nice place to sleep, this will fit the bill. I would stay here again, knowing the few things that are lacking, they are easily overcome."
"Excellent location. Problems with remote check in: intermittent wireless connection made it impossible to use. The back up key access was a little fussy. In the past, a bottle of water was made available, but this was not the case this time, despite the high temperature.
Toilet flushed poorly and became worse over the time of the stay."
"Honestly such a beautiful property. The little cabins were adorable and well maintained. We loved the short drive to the light house, beach and town. Really afforta le. Only downside was the pull out and the main bed were not comfortable at all."
"Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. "
"Really enjoyed every single thoughtful touch on the property. You can tell that this is their pride and joy. The happy hour skewers and snacks were delightful. Beautiful location on top of the hill. The views of the ocean are stunning and the courtyard is very beautiful. There are lovely wooden carvings and corn hole and darts to play in the courtyard along with lovely seating. We enjoyed our private patio very much and our room was wonderful. Felt very thoughtfully and tastefully put together. The eco friendly fireplace was really cute.
Staff is wonderful. Highly recommend and wish we stayed longer!"
