I purchased the property in 2003 and soon afterwards old farmhouse had a fire damaging the roof and structure badly. The decision was made to dismantle the house and utilize all of its materials (Wormy Chestnut - Hemlock, Cedar and Stone) to build a new home. The Blue Ridge School of Traditional Arts, serving as the Heart & Soul of the Red White & Bluegrass Barn Partners with Local Schools, Churches & Charities.
