Pharis is a great host. Very attentive and very nice and helpful. The condo was SPOTLESS! Very well stocked. Bedrooms and full baths on opposite ends. Great location. Walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock. The hill might be a struggle for some but plenty of parking available if you have to drive instead. Also plenty of parking at the condo. Nice property to walk your dogs. My sister and I felt safe. Only 5 miles north to Boone to major grocery stores if you need a Publix or Food Lion. However Blowing Rock is my personal preference of staying and eating and shopping in the quaint little town. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Our stay was delightful!! Our condo was so charming right down to the chalkboard message encouraging us to have a great visit!! It was incredibly clean and cozy! We could take short walks all around quaint Blowing Rock!We cannot wait to go back!!

Great Location

We had a great stay!! The location was perfect - we could walk to downtown Blowing Rock. The King bed was very comfortable. The house had everything we needed. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect spot

Place was amazing. All that we needed and perfect location for downtown exploring and skiing at Appalachian. Wouldn’t think twice to stay there again. Host was amazing also!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion is that in smaller bedroom, the blind isn't the correct size and you could see in. Other than that , if we head to Blowing Rock again, we would stay in same place. We are senior adult ladies and we were very comfortable. The place was clean.

Blowing Rock Valentine's Day weekend

It was great! Gas logs were nice since it got cold at night up there. Place was easy to find, clean and good owner communication. Will be using this property more in the future!

Great Location

Pharis did a great job on telling us how everything worked in the unit. The location is just a short walk to all the shopping and restaurants. We had a great time and have already booked our next stay in one of Pharis units.

Beautiful Blowing Rock

Best vacation in a vet long time. The condo we stayed in was so convenient to everything. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Loved that we could take our little dog with us! Would definitely book it again.

Great place!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is on the bottom floor and within walking distance from downtown. There is a nice place to eat breakfast just down the hill. We were allowed to bring our dogs and there is plenty of room for walking them outside. Everything was supplied and in very good condition. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely be looking to stay here again! Thanks!!

A Perfect Choice

The condo was just a perfect size for the two of us and our small dog. The location is wonderful - you can walk to everything downtown...even to the outlets. The complex is small, quiet, and well taken care of. The owner contacted me before our trip and we had no trouble finding it and getting into the condo. Pharis even gave me some recommendations on restaurants in the area. The area is beautiful, lots of good hiking trails, places to eat and shops to explore. The condo was exactly as portrayed on the site. It was clean, adequately stocked , and very comfortable. This was our first time in Blowing Rock and we enjoyed it immensely. A great place to stay and to visit!

First Floor Condo

My friend and I were in Blowing Rock for 4 nights. The location was very convenient, lots of parking spaces, quiet area with several restaurants within a couple of blocks. We recommend burgers at Blowing Rock Brewery and anything at Twigs especially the zucchini side with salmon. Loved the original art and hardwood floors throughout the condo, nicely decorated and pleasant. I did need my sound machine a couple of nights only because I couldn’t find whether I was hearing a drip, a tic tok from the clock or a click from the ceiling fan. But that was minor and we very much enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful host!

Weekend Getaway

Location was awesome. Could walk to everything. Condo is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. King bed is very squeaky to sit on or move around on. Need more blankets to cover with. Could not get the fireplace to work. A Keurig coffee maker would be nice to have instead of the regular coffee maker. Condo has baseboard heat and wall heating so can get dry feeling. Great area for pets. Locations is perfect to get to all attractions and towns. Host is awesome to communicate with.

I had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock.
