The location is wonderful - you can walk to everything downtown...even to the outlets. The complex is small, quiet, and well taken care of. The owner contacted me before our trip and we had no trouble finding it and getting into the condo. Pharis even gave me some recommendations on restaurants in the area. The area is beautiful, lots of good hiking trails, places to eat and shops to explore. The condo was exactly as portrayed on the site. It was clean, adequately stocked , and very comfortable. The location was very convenient, lots of parking spaces, quiet area with several restaurants within a couple of blocks. We recommend burgers at Blowing Rock Brewery and anything at Twigs especially the zucchini side with salmon. Loved the original art and hardwood floors throughout the condo, nicely decorated and pleasant. I did need my sound machine a couple of nights only because I couldn’t find whether I was hearing a drip, a tic tok from the clock or a click from the ceiling fan. The only suggestion is that in smaller bedroom, the blind isn't the correct size and you could see in. Other than that , if we head to Blowing Rock again, we would stay in same place.
