We were in town for a little league baseball tournament. This gave my family of five room to stretch out. The location was perfect, close to town and many other activities, but still tucked away with a feel of the mountains. After each game, the house was a great place to relax! ##### Steven L. The place was perfectly clean, and we love that there was not a lot of knickknacks and breakable things around. It is nicely decorated but no extra junk everywhere. Love that. It is very comfortable and cozy, seems like everything is brand new! There’s even a great little office that doubles as a playroom for kids and even with some toys, games, and books to share. Great little kitchen, with some of the best pots, pans, and knives we have ever had at a rental stay. If I had to find a negative, the only complaint is that the stairs are actually quite loud. Very quick and easy access to Boone or Blowing Rock. This house was clean and just the right size for our family of four.
