Great location to stay for ASU functions or you could explore some of the many activities that Boone and the surrounding area has to offer such as snow tubing, skiing, zip lining, golfing, fishing and hiking. This place was even better than the listing shows! It is a great location; close to the university and to downtown but has nature around it! Check-in was easy and it had everything we needed! I would definitely stay again!

It’s a beautiful and cozy place and my family and I had everything we needed. It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood and close to the school. Ms. Kim was a wonderful host and responded to all my messages and requests in a timely manner. Having a tray full of snacks and treats was a nice touch.

The condo was well stocked and clean. Loved the little heaters in the bathrooms during such cold weather. They even had salt for the stairs and a snow shovel. The parking lot and the steep drive getting in and out of the condo was well maintained. The location worked well for us.
