This condo features a covered front entry and rear deck with an amazing mountain view. The view can be admired from the deck or from the large picture windows in the open kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen features custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything to prepare a meal inside or outside on the built-in-gas grill. The living room is cozy and inviting with a cultured stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture and a TV. The primary bedroom is spacious and inviting with a mountain view and TV. The primary bath is set up for relaxation with his and her sinks and a gorgeous tile shower. The guest rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated each with bathrooms attached. The bathrooms are upgraded with ceramic tile flooring. Stay for a weekend to relax or an extended period and enjoy all the High Country has to offer. This condo is on the bottom floor (downstairs) with an elevator. In case of power outages or elevator equipment malfunctions, the condo will be stair access only. We had a great time ringing in the New Years in this property! For several days we had our family of 5 and then my older parents came for a few nights. There was tons of room and each room had a bathroom which made it great! There was an elevator for my father who has bad knees. The view and porch were perfect and it was close to everything we needed, hikes, grocery, grandfather mountain, etc. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Short drives to Grandfather mountain, Linville caverns, tweetsie etc. The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us. This unit is on the first floor so you have limited view of the mountains due to a patch of small trees. Not a huge blow but would have been nice to stand on the balcony and see the mountains. Comfortable, clean, well supplied except for cooking knives and poor coffee pot. The deck is large with 2 rockers, a place to eat outside and a large grill. Highly recommended. It’s at the very top of the mountain. There is construction of new homes near by but it wasn’t a problem. ##### Gayle S.
