This one-level condo features a covered front entry and rear deck with an amazing mountain view. The view can be admired from the deck or from the large picture windows in the open kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen features custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything to prepare a meal inside or outside on the built-in-gas grill. The living room is cozy and inviting with a cultured stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture and a TV. The primary bedroom is spacious and inviting with a mountain view and TV. The primary bath is set up for relaxation with his and her sinks and a gorgeous tile shower. The guest rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated each with bathrooms attached. I don’t usually write reviews but I would venture to say this one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in!! It was VERY VERY clean (I am OCD and a big critic of this) and the description was accurate. The process was very streamlined & organized. There were easy directions for check in and out. It was a very cozy rental and quiet. The only complaint I have is that the gas fireplace wasn’t working. My husband kept working on it, following the directions in the notebook provided and there was no gas to it. I think for the price for 3 days we should have been able to use the fireplace as it was a very cold, windy and snowy wknd. So I am wondering if the gas grill outside works, it was too cold to check it. But despite this we will be staying here again! ##### Kasey T. Couple of minor problems (not enough forks, had trouble lighting the grille, broken pan handle) which is typical for a managed rental. Otherwise, well stocked, comfy beds, clean, and quiet. Cannot say enough about the view from this property - it's beautiful! The Queen and King bedrooms were huge - tons of room, and all 3 bathrooms were very big - especially the master. The kitchen is fantastic and well equipped. The provided towels were very nice - real, thick bath towels, not the flimsy ones! - and they provided all the essentials - paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, kitchen towels, etc. Access to the indoor pool was great for the kids - it has a nice shallow area for little ones, and of course the hot tub is a hit. This condo was very spacious for our family of four - and would easily fit two couples or two small families; the only word of caution is that the common living area is very small, and only one couch for seating (otherwise sitting at the table or bar). So during cold months when you can't really hang out on the back deck, the common area is a little tight. But there are tvs and cable in each bedroom - so that is an option for spreading out. The back deck is awesome - it's very roomy and the grill worked great. And again...the view - - we felt like we were living in a postcard, very very relaxing!! The gas fireplace in the den is awesome and heats the place right up - - we couldn't figure out the one in the master bedroom, so that was a bit of a bummer. We will definitely stay in this property again - was very impressed with Echota and Foscoe Rentals. ##### melissa a. The only complaint that I have is that check-out is at 10:00 am. That time is ok, but you are expected to have the dishes washed and put back up before you leave. This makes eating breakfast in the condo a little difficult. We felt rushed to leave. Our suggestion would be to either allow the guests to load the dishwasher and have it running when we leave. I know that means someone from the cleaning company would have to unload it, but that really does not take much time or allow a later check-out time. I don't mind making sure that dishes are washed and put back up, but that was a little too early. All the places I have ever rented from in the past allow you to have the dishwasher being ran as you are leaving. This was our only complaint! ##### Jan W. ---
