Although the place didn't give the best impression on the outside, because the decking/porch was old and worn, and you had to use an actual key to enter your room, the place was extremely clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful! Parts room had been recently updated. I had the best nights sleep. I loved the big picture window in the room. The room was cozy. If it was a little warmer, I would have taken advantage of the rockers on the porch, it would have been so relaxing! For the price, comfortability and location 10/10 will stay again!

The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, the room served well for the night and was well worth the hundred dollar price range. However, I would have liked to stay a second night but the Price jumped up to double. It is not worth around $200 a night. And the pictures they post are extremely misleading. The nice log home pictures that show up do not exist anywhere that I saw. This is more of an old style roadside motel than a beautiful long building.

Our air conditioner went out after a few hours every day. We had to unplug and plug back in several times to get it to work. I saw we were overcharged (charged twice) for our stay. Upon check out i was going to talk to the staff about it. There was no staff on site during check out hours which was strange. We had to call a phone number posted to get the situation corrected. It was corrected quickly, but wish there was someone e face to face (more personable). The property itself was clean and it was a place to lay your head for the night. No amenities for this place. It is, however, walkable to downtown area.
