"This is my second time staying at this hotel. Both times, Rachel worked the front desk. She is very pleasant and amazing at her job. She deserves a raise! A little disappointed to see that one of the elevators was still not working after nearly two months since our first stay. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent hotel for the area."
