Our bathroom had a grate cover over an open drain and had a constant unpleasant sewage smell. We did not mention this to the staff but figured we would in our review. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. "If you want to swim in the rooftop pool, make sure you visit between early July and early September. It’s not open for swimming for 10 months of the year despite being 30°C outside! The rooms are tiny, with nowhere to unpack your case, you must leave them under the bed and open them each day to access ..."
