9/10 Wonderful! (17 reviews)
The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable. I like the fact the hotel provide a bowl of fresh fruit in the room. The hot spring pools were lovely and great they stay open until 8pm. The restaurant food was really nice and also reasonably priced. The breakfast offered was excellent with a great selection of food. Room for improvement - perhaps offer flip-flops instead of slippers in rooms for the pool. The slippers got soaking wet! My friend is not overly large but the dressing gown did not fit her. She had to ask for a larger size which she found very embarrassing. Perhaps provide larger gowns as you really need a gown that covers you when you come out of the water as it’s cold outside.

Does Expedia offer Book Now, Pay Later Bononia holidays?
Expedia has partnered with online lender Klarna to make booking your next trip easier on your wallet. Paying in instalments means you can spread the costs of your next big adventure, leaving you with more money to spend while you're travelling. Klarna has several payment plans to pick from, so you're sure to find one that fits into your budget. Consider these flexible payment options:

  • Pay monthly holidays: If paying bite-sized amounts each month is something that would work for you, Klarna can help. Paying in easy monthly instalments will make that dream holiday possible.
  • Pay in instalments holidays: Into the idea of paying down your holiday in multiple transactions? Then check out this Book Now, Pay Later option from Klarna.
  • Low deposit holidays: If paying a small percentage of your getaway (rather than the total upfront) makes it easier to click that "book now" button, opt for a low deposit holiday payment plan from Klarna.

Where should I stay in Bononia?
We recommend staying near the action. Many travellers favor hotels around top sights, such as Baba Vida Castle, Baba Vida Museum-Fortress and Contemporary Art Gallery.
How far in advance should I book my Bononia holiday?
While prices fluctuate, we generally advise reserving your seat as early as possible. Most international airfares become available on Expedia up to a year in advance. If circumstances have left you booking late, you might still be lucky. Cheap tickets to Bononia sometimes occur only weeks before departure.
