Charming stone house offering 3 bedrooms with large terrace overlooking the river in an agricultural estate of 160 hectares. Located on the edge of a hiking trail, you can walk to Aubeterre sur Dronne, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
You will enjoy the calm of the place, walks along the river, or picnics in the shade of the old willows, as well as swimming in the river and massages under the waterfalls.
Canoes, paddle boards and bicycles are available free of charge to make the most of your holiday.
The 4 donkeys will become friends if you offer them a few scratches.
The pool is shared with the owner family and another rental for 4 people located on the farm.
Enjoy on the ground floor a large kitchen-dining room as well as a living room with its monumental fireplace giving direct access to the terrace. You will have a large bedroom with a private bathroom. A second bathroom with shower is on the ground floor.
Upstairs, enjoy a first large bedroom, offering a comfortable double bed (180×200) that can be separated into two single beds as well as a second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be coupled. Both bedrooms also have a beautiful bathroom with bathtub.
The surroundings are very touristy and you can easily visit many sites, castles, villages:
St Emilion, Cognac, Brantômes, Périgueux, Bergerac, Angoulême
Given the immediate proximity to the river, renting is not recommended for families with young children who cannot swim.
