"Beautiful view, comfortable beds and a lovely kitchen to cook in - what more could you ask for? My sister already wants to plan a return trip! :) Bedroom on the main floor with two twins is perfect if you have someone with lower mobility like us, who puts all their walking energy into tourist things. Easy to walk down to Water St, the passenger ferry and restaurants. Would love to come back again if we get the chance.GPS will tell you to stop too soon. Keep going a minute or two and you’ll see the chalet from the photos, with circular drive to pull in."

"We flew into Deer Lake and stayed at this hotel for one night prior to carrying on to Gros Morne. This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The beds were so comfortable, the pillows were perfect! It was quiet even with our room across from the elevator. The breakfast in the morning was complimentary and had a lot of options! But the freshly baked cookies were definitely our favourites! They were putting in new carpets in the hallways, but the work finished at a respectable time so didn’t affect our stay. My kids loved the pool and slide. Definitely wish all Holiday Inns were like this one!!"

"Such a great place. Too bad we were not able to stay long. There is a shared bathroom, that was very clean. They offer a breakfast, which was probably outstanding with all their fresh fruits, vegetables and eggs - yes they have chickens, geese, lambs and vegetable gardens and strawberries growing there. However, we had to leave early to catch the ferry and we’re still offered a great continental breakfast. Such a refreshing and relaxing place to stay. A glimpse of living close to the land. They also host my add-ons, including farm to table experience."

"Great place to stay! Close to all the park has to offer. Spectacular drives, hikes, food and people! Place felt brand new and had absolutely everything you need. After a big day hiking at the park the hot tub was a perfect finish to the day!"
