This is a nice suburb hotel for hikers and family parties. Very clean and well maintained, but nothing special in terms of design or deco. Very friendly and competent staff.

Really nice place to stay

Really nice hotel in beautiful location and lovely grounds. Everything a bit dated and run down but clean, spacious and all facilities available. Well worth the stay and value for money. ( note this awful German trait of putting two single beds together and calling them double- without a double mattress so you slip through the gap in the middle)

Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and a good breakfast. The staff were friendly, and it was great to have a choice between bar food and the restaurant, especially because the hotel is on the edge of town. Some fittings are a little dated and the carpet and furnishings in our room were quite old, but everything was very comfortable. The little children’s play area was a real advantage, as is the amazing swimming pool only five minutes away by car.

Nice quiet location with great ambiance.

A very nice property offering a spacious room and an included breakfast. The only negative…our air conditioner leaked water onto the carpet. Apparently, there was nothing the hotel staff could to remedy the situation. As a result, we did not use the air conditioning and thus suffered through a rather warm night. Since we picked this location based on the availability of air conditioning, we were slightly disappointed.

The hotel was nice, clean and the grounds were very nice. The staff was very helpful when we had questions about a charge for an extra person for our stay. The quoted price was based on single occupancy. Our fault for not reading carefully. The room was very spacious and clean, but the bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety.

Small hotel in an amazing setting

Small hotel in an amazing setting just outside of Rheinbach. Huge rooms, lots of space. Easy parking. Good breakfast. I just wished we'd been able to stay longer and sample the beer garden and restaurant!

wir hatten zimmer 32 und das duschen war nicht angenehm weil der badedewannen/duschablauf sowie der waschbeckenablauf verstopft ist. durch die kleine wannenscheibeabtrennung spritzte viel duschwasser aus der badewanne uf die glatten badfliesen. ansonsten ok.

Auch der zweite Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Personal war wieder sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Did Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die angeschlossene Gastronomie ist sehr zu empfehlen. Preislich in der oberen Liga, aber immer noch passend zur Leistung

Nettes Hotel mit Potenzial

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Renovierungsstau. Auch kleine Reparaturen werden nicht vorgenommen. Zimmer schön groß, sehr nette Aussicht auf den Wald. Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt für mich nicht ganz.

Hotellet virket nyoppusset, men fortsatt noe gammelt/slitt. God standard på rom og bad. Savnet 2 gode stoler til å sitte i på rommet. Grei restaurant med hyggelig betjening, men baren var stengt for kvelden. Fint turområde rundt hotellet.

Bel hôtel bien situé et bon rapport qualité-prix

Bel hôtel. Chambre familiale de premier abord vieillissante mais très spacieuse avec balcon , grande salle de bain et armoire cachant micro-ondes, évier et réfrigérateur. La nuit d'hôtel comprend un petit déjeuner buffet varié où l'on trouve de tout : viennoiseries, pains divers, céréales, yaourts, cakes, charcuterie, fromage, oeufs sous diverses formes, eau, jus de fruits, thé, café... L'hôtel est entouré par une forêt mais il dispose également d'un grand parc où il est possible de se promener, avec un Biergarten et un grand espace de jeux pour enfants (trampoline, toboggan, balançoire). L'hôtel dispose également de plusieurs grands parkings, et d'un restaurant plutôt gastronomique souvent réservé pour les conférences ou les mariages. L'hôtel est bien situé. A mi chemin entre Euskirchen et Bad Münstereifel (+/-30mn de chaque) et à 5mn en voiture du centre ville de Rheinbach où l'on trouve plusieurs supermarchés (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl...) , plusieurs restaurants (grec, italien, mexicain, allemand...) et magasins. Ce fut donc une agréable surprise pour nous et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.
