Over the roofs of Bornheim!

The lavishly renovated roof studio offers a lot of atmosphere with its real wood flooring in shabby chic and the originally rustic ceiling beams. The lovingly designed, fully equipped small apartment is bright and friendly. Roof windows on both sides of the saddle roof open the roof and flood the rooms with plenty of warm sunlight.

A large flat-screen TV with internet connection and Sky shortens your stay! Nothing stands in the way of a cozy sofa evening with cinema blockbusters. W-LAN is a matter of course and free of charge. A dining table with four chairs can also be optimally used as a workstation.



The beautiful little kitchen delights with all wishes to be fulfilled (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove, oven, ...). You don't even have to rinse yourself, because the dishwasher is happy to do it for you. There is also a washing machine in the delightful bathroom with a modern glass shower.

In the cozy bedroom two people can sleep in a double bed. The walk-in closet is cleverly incorporated into the room. Would you like to travel with two other people? - no problem! In the living room, the couch can be optimally converted into a sofa bed and can also be used for longer stays thanks to the integrated slatted frame.

With a wonderful view over the rooftops from Bornheim even to Cologne, it is wonderful to endure on the large roof terrace. The exposed location of the large roof terrace invites you to tan without a shadow. Sun worshipers are very welcome. Barbecue with nice guests is also possible thanks to the gas grill.
Please note that the neighboring building is currently being renovated. The usual construction noises occur here during the day.
