This 33 building, with its modern Bauhaus style elements and wonderful oak staircase and paneling, is something special. The kitchen-cum-living room invites you to cook, eat, relax and enjoy the view of the wide Westerwald forest, and enjoy the sunset on the spacious, covered terrace. The rooms are heated, lovingly and completely furnished. Two separate toilets, separated from the bathroom unit, ensure good availability of the one, toilet-free bathroom. Dishes, cutlery, cookware complete. Dishwashers, stoves and ovens as well as a washing machine and drying rack, if required, make holiday life pleasant. Auch die Behebung der Nicht-funktionierenden Heizung klappte sehr zeitnah. Insoweit sehr gut.Noch besser wäre es allerdings gewesen, wäre dieser Mangel so kurz vor Beginn der Heizperiode garnicht erst aufgetreten. Zwei weitere Mängel, beide nicht sehr gravierend, wurden dagegen wenige zufriedensrellend gelöst bzw. nicht gelöst. 2 Toaster in der Küchen waren dermaßen verdreckt, dass sie nicht zur Benutzung geeignet waren. Ein Eierkocher, der vorhanden sein sollte, war nicht aufzufinden. Beides sollte nachgeliefert bzw. getauscht werden. Es wurde tatsächliche ein Toaster als Ersatz bereitgestellt, dieser war jedoch auch gebraucht und schmutzig und nicht zu reinigen, schade. Der versprochene Eierkocher kam überhaupt nicht. Natürlich geht es auch ohne, auch ohne Toastet, nur entspricht es der Beschreibung bzw. der nach Vertrsgsabschluss übersendeten Inventarliste. Auch war ein Michkännchen dermaßen verdreckt, dass es nach zweimaligem spülen in der Maschine immer noch nicht zu gebrauchen war. Hier ist definitiv noch Luft nach oben.Auch könnte das Glasdach der Terrassse mal wieder gereinigt werden und ein Stück Tapete in der Küche angeklebt werden.Zugegeben, alles bis auf die Heizung, was aber sehr schnell und gut gelöst wurde, kleinere Mängel, die aber dennoch auffielen. Wirhaben uns dennoch dort sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. ##### h h. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Haus hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis und hielt alles was in der Beschreibung versprochen und zu sehen war. Es war gemütlich, sich bei typisch nasskaltem Novemberwetter im Haus aufzuhalten, die Küche bietet alles was man so braucht, nur eine Knoblauchpresse (hat uns = meckern auf hohem Niveau) gefehlt. Der große Garten ist schön mit Hunden, lediglich ein Zaun an der Seite des Hauses wäre ein tolles Extra, da sie zur Vorderseite des Hauses schnell ausbüxen können. So muss man halt dabei sein und aufpassen. Zum Einkauf sind Buchholz mit einem Rewe incl. Bäcker und Oberpleis mit Edeka, Aldi etc. schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist vollständig für den täglichen Gebrauch geeignet und Anreise sowie Abreise wurde von zwei hilfreichen Damen geregelt. Wenn alles klappt kommen wir vgerne wieder. ##### Günter B. Für unsere Zwecke war die Unterkunft ideal, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen und die hellen, großen Räume genossen. Die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet und der Blick über Terrasse und Garten ins Grüne lässt absolute Wohlfühlstimmung aufkommen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten raus, sodass man den Straßenlärm nicht hört. Terrasse ist auch groß und wenn man mit Hunden anreist, haben die Vierbeiner auch ein wenig Auslauf im Garten. Hier und da könnte man die Ferienwohnung modernisieren. Das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer könnte man evtl auch erneuern. Das sind Kleinigkeiten, die jedoch nicht groß auf die Goldwaage gelegt werden sollte. Wir waren viel unterwegs und nur zum schlafen und fürs Frühstück in der Wohnung. Der Kontakt war zu jeder Zeit reibungslos und freundlich. Wir würden hier sofort noch mal her kommen. ##### Virginia M.
