Extremely poor communication from management, upon arrival we realised the place was under renovation. No communication was made to us otherwise I wouldn’t have selected the property to stay. You book a holiday place in Bonito to relax, as a get away so you can switch off from work, traffic and noise. As we get there, the business is expanding so they had all type of machinery, from drills to hammer drills, grinders, etc. Broken tiles at the main entrance area which gives excess to the rooms and to the swimming pool. Although the cleaners were doing their best to keep the place clean, they could t keep up with the amount of dust. The pool cleaner tried also to keep it up and also couldn’t. Staff weren’t made aware of the renovation and noise throughout the day. Well I’ll try to explain the situation at its best: - customer service, (staff): excellent - food: excellent - cleaning: great of what the cleaners could do (not their fault) - in relation the renovation: unexceptionable, I can’t believe the hotel was open for business, broken tiles everywhere putting people at risk of cutting their feet or worse, no signs, a massive beach of work health and safety. Management/director/owner: the safety of your customer, the respect for giving them them the choice to stay or making them aware of any renovations, and the respect of their peaceful time that people a seeking should be them minimum standards. O café da manhã era excelente, com diversas opções. O quarto era confortável, assim como as demais acomodações do hotel. O único problema é que encontramos alguns insetos no nosso quarto, talvez por conta da reforma pela qual o hotel está passando. Sentimos falta de cozinha para pedir (pagando, é claro), refeições durante a noite, mas é possível pedir porções na piscina. Equipe bastante simpática.

Quarto limpo e organizado, com cortinas e toalhas de qualidade ruim pelo preço do quarto superior deluxe. A piscina era extremamente suja e descuidada, além do café da manhã que só opções baratas e de qualidade inferior ao preço cobrado e inclusive das fotos incluídas no aplicativo. Simplesmente não condiz com o valor pago, existem opções com preços parecidos e MUITO melhores em Bonito. Não indico.

Equipe maravilhosa. Ganhei surpresa de aniversário. Profissionais solícitos e gentis. Gostei muito do café e área comum. Fiquei em 2 tipos de quarto, o superior tem uma ótima piscina e enxoval. Já o inferior me decepcionou, esperava mais. Hotel em expansão então fica a dica para investir nos quartos mais simples e antigos também. No mais, super recomendo.

Ao pedir à recepção taxa de vinho e gelo, recebi apenas copos comuns (ainda com selo de preço) e me negaram um pouco de gelo sob a alegação de que era exclusivo a quem comprasse bebidas na pousada; dizendo ser regras da casa Nunca recebi este tipo de atendimento nunca hotel, por mais simples que seja. Foi indelicado, descordial, isto que estava hospedado nas acomodações de maior valor de diária. Quando o atendente da recepção me entregou os copos, disse que eram de cerveja; o rapaz ficou de retornar, mas não me deu mais satisfação. No café dá manhã, produtos que deveriam ser mantidos sob refrigeração, a exemplo de frios, eram mantidos na temperatura ambiente. Resumindo: muito arrependido da escolha, certamente não voltarei, tampouco recomendaria está acomodação.

A Janela do quarto tem que ficar fechada 24h pois dá direto no corredor. O ar condicionado fica de frente pras camas. Vc escuta o barulho da agua do banheiro do vizinho. E tem uma obra encostado com a cabeceira da cama que teve batidas de martelo e furadeira.
