The Home:
This single-level home is set back from the road for extra privacy. The family room has a leather sofa, a large smart TV and a desk with a chair. The dining area seats 6 at a glass-topped table, and the galley kitchen sits right beside it with views to the sunroom.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The first bedroom has a queen bed and a TV and looks out to the backyard. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and faces the front of the home. The full bathroom sits between the two bedrooms and has a tiled shower with a built-in bench.

Outdoor Living:
Double sliding doors lead from the dining room to a covered, screened sunroom with a table and 4 chairs. Out back, a second table with 4 chairs sits near the fire pit, with plenty of open yard around it. A BBQ grill is available for cookouts.

Included for Your Stay:
Beach: 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler.
Bikes: 2 adult bikes.
Kitchen extras: K-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, food processor, electric kettle and tea kettle.
