Wir haben als Familie zu viert im Juli 2025 knapp zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Wunderbare Lage. Toller Blick auf das Meer aus fast jedem Raum. Bei etwas stärkeren Wellengang hört man es in der Tiefe rauschen. Die Vermieterin hat noch ein zweites Ferienhaus, 10 m entfernt. Trotzdem hat man eine gute Privatsphäre. Bis zu den anderen benachbarten Objekten sind um die 100 m. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig.Der Privatweg zum Haus ist zwar kurvig und eng, wie von der Vermieterin in dem Video im Inserat dargestellt, aber auch mit dem Auto gut machbar. Dennoch sind wir in den Ort Bonassola meist gelaufen. Der Aufstieg beim Rückweg ist zwar etwas schweißtreibend, aber der Weg nicht lang und, wie die ganze Gegend, landschaftlich schön.Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und wirklich vollständig eingerichtet. Es gab nichts, was wir je vermisst hätten. Über eine LTE-Verbindung mit WLAN-Router stellt der Vermieter Internetzugang zur Verfügung. Während unserer Anwesenheit hat er rund um die Uhr gut funktioniert.Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Bei unserer Anreise waren wir leider stark verspätet. Trotz der späten Stunde war die Vermieterin flexibel und gut gelaunt. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank. Die Übergabe und die Rückgabe des Hauses liefen absolut unkompliziert und angenehm, wie der gesamte Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.Das Ferienhaus ist noch besser, als es im Inserat den Eindruck macht. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und in alles eingewiesen. Das gemütliche Häuschen liegt in wunderschöner und ruhiger Umgebung, mit tollem Blick aufs Meer, entsprechend der Beschreibung. Nebenan liegt ein weiteres Ferienhäuschen von der selben Vermieterin - evtl. interessant wenn zwei Familien gemeinsam Urlaub machen möchten. Mobiles Netz ist in LTE-Geschwindigkeit empfangbar. Das nahegelegene Bonassola kann man in einem 15-minütigem, leichten Abstieg über einen Wanderweg erreichen. Alternativ kann man auch mit dem Auto in den Ort fahren und dank Parkerlaubnis an bestimmten Parkplätzen kostenlos parken, wenn diese frei sind. Bonassola ist überschaubar und relativ ruhig. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants, einen kleinen Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bahnhof usw. Der Kiesstrand ist gut besucht, aber nicht überfüllt. Das Wasser absolut klar und sauber. Die Nachbarorte sind größer und bieten mehr Geschäfte sowie größere Strände (teils auch Sand) und Häfen. Der Zug ist hier das Fortbewegungsmittel der Wahl. Regelmäßig werden alle Küstenorte angefahren (natürlich auch die nahegelegenen Cinque Terre). Uns hat es hier wirklich sehr gut gefallen, es gibt hier viel zu entdecken. Cinque Terre und weitere interessante Orte, schöne Wanderungen oder Strände füllen die Tage, oder man genießt einfach die Ruhe am Haus. ##### Christian K. ---
