  • Located in Bonassola, Casa Braun is a comfortable 70 m² apartment with stunning sea views, ideal for 5 guests. It offers 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The entrance has no steps, and amenities include a fan and washing machine. Outside, you can enjoy a private open terrace with panoramic views and a veranda. A shared parking space is available. The property is set on a scenic hillside, just a 10-minute walk from the center, the sea, and the train station. Perfect for hiking and trekking.



    Important notes: pets are not allowed, and events are not permitted. Please close the gate in the evening and use the rear balcony after 10:00 pm. Check-in is possible until 11:00 pm, available for an extra fee. Only one set of keys is provided. A basic welcome kit is included: we recommend bringing everything you need, including kitchen towels and condiments, as these are not supplied.



    The welcome kit includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and some soap. Kitchen towels, dishcloths, condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee), and detergents are not provided. We are not a hotel: please bring all essentials not listed in the accommodation description.



    In Liguria, 500 meters from the sea often means uphill walks, sometimes steep. Before booking, always check the actual elevation. In Italy, the national electricity supply is limited: apartments usually have a maximum of 3KW, so please avoid using all appliances at the same time.

Wir haben 11 Nächte in Casa Brown verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig,

Pros: Wir haben 11 Nächte in Casa Brown verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und schön im italienischen Stil eingerichtet. Für fünf Personen ist sie ideal. Küche, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und Herd waren vorhanden und funktionierten gut. Die Betten waren bequem, die Bettwäsche sauber und das Warmwasser jederzeit verfügbar. Durch die Fenster auf verschiedenen Seiten und die Ventilatoren war die Wohnung auch an warmen Tagen angenehm. Besonders praktisch war der Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Lage ist ruhig, das Meer erreicht man in etwa 7 Minuten bergab und in ca. 10 Minuten zurück. Niccolò war sehr freundlich, zeigte uns alles und war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Cons: Das WLAN funktionierte bei uns leider kaum, deshalb haben wir unser mobiles Internet genutzt. Einige Dinge in der Wohnung zeigen bereits Gebrauchsspuren. Besonders die Pfanne war etwas abgenutzt, sodass das Essen leicht daran kleben blieb. Das waren für uns jedoch nur kleine Punkte und sie haben unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.
