Pague por una habitación presidencial y me entregaron una habitación sencilla, la chica de la recepción fue amable trato de ayudarme pero no estaba el supervisor para resolver el problema

My husband travel from Punta Cana and needed a place to rest for an activity in the Bonao area so we were grateful that there was availability so late into the night. The hotel was easy to find. Upon our arrival the parking lot is across the street in a plaza. There is an elevator which was convenient but you have to go thru the restaurant to go to the second floor which it’s where the hotel lobby is located. The front desk person was on her phone, she asked us to wait for her end her conversation. When told that we made a reservation thru Expedia she was not happy and stated that she did not like those reservations. The room was not as described on the picture. The lobby area was clean but the room was dirty and run down. There was a bag in the bathroom and a man’s shirt in the closet. With the previous guest garbage. The location is very noisy as it is located in a very active street above a restaurant. Unless it’s a emergency that there is no other option I would not recommend this place.

not the fault of the hotel but a food truck parked on the side street and all night long idiots with music blaring from their cars woke me up. it went all night until 5am

No top bed sheet. No hot water day one. No water at all day two. No personal property safe. Room not secure, window latch broken. No service from receptionist. Room was loud. Left hotel one day early.

This hotel offers clean comfortable rooms at a very affordable price. There’s also a restaurant directly below the hotel at ground level.

We were in RD on business and urgently required accommodation close to Bonoa. The hotel was a peasant surprise to weary guests. The restaurant most probably served the best food we have eaten on our trip. Well done..

I needed a place with a bed and a shower. The hotel had both, however, the bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were rock solid.

My stay in the hotel was ok, the following was what i did not like: The elevator was not working and had to climb stairs to my room on the 3rd floor. The room is labeled as a suite, suites usally have sofas and a table, none were present. Wifi only reached the hallway and not the room. No phone in room, was told it was due to remodelling which i did not see. Could not charge room service to the room, had to pay once delivered. Food came in styrofoam containers. To order food service i had to use whatsapp. For house keeping you have to go to the front desk to request cleaning. Staff is friendly. Will not stay there again.

Buen día caballero , reciba un cordial saludo en nombre de la empresa nos disculpamos por la demora al responderle, le explicamos lo siguiente el ascensor no esta en funcion por que debido que estamos esperando un permiso el cual aun no los tenemos a mano para ponerlo en función estamos trabajando en ese caso. lo del sofá y la mesa hemos movido todo lo que es esa parte por que estamos cambiando todo el confort para mejoría y comodidad de ustedes los huéspedes en el caso del restaurante ese servicio es aparte esa es otra administración diferente al hotel, en cuanto a la remodelación si se ha remodelado la recepción completa y no teníamos ascensor eso va incluido hay también. lo del restaurante esos envases es como medida de precaución por la pandemia . el mantenimiento es por que no todas personas le gustan que entren a su habitación sin su consentimiento y para evitar inconvenientes es mas factible que pidan la limpieza . pedimos disculpa por lo acontecido y esperamos que cambies de pensamiento y nos visites nueva vez les aseguramos que ya todo estara con el confort listo. DIOS LE CONTINUE BENDICIENDO A USTED Y LO SUYOS.

It was close to the city but they don’t put enough sheets, only one tower, no elevator so if go with a big suitcase you have to carry yourself. The bathroom is not regular one.

The hotel is convenient to the center of the city, close to the central square, banking and shopping. There is a good restaurant in the hotel with fair prices and good food quality. The bed was good and the building was reasonably quiet, given the considerable noise of the city. The room itself could have been a little cleaner and better maintained, but it was priced fairly.

You get exactly what you pay for
There are not many options in Bonao and this one fulfilled what was needed: bed and hot shower. There was no internet and the bathroom was in poor conditions, communicating with the staff was also challenging. I wouldn’t stay there again and maybe search something in neighboring towns, but it was a fair value for the price.

Un hotel mal mantenido. Le pedimos un excedente para tener un jacuzzi, pero no tienen agua caliente, ¡qué estupidez!
