Excellent, nice, elegant, and modern hotel to stay.
The front desk staff, room staff, and restaurant waiters were very nice and polite. And the breakfast buffet was very good and abundant. I will stay here again next time I go visit Bologna 😊

Giulio and Maria in reception were excellent. Both very helpful, warm and friendly. Went out of their way to answer questions. Hotel and room were quaint, beautiful and historic. It is a former convent with some relics remaining.Very clean and comfortable. Unique and beautiful rooms. Fantastic breakfast included.

Stayed for 2 nights in late September, in triple room.
Excellent hotel for our needs! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast out in the courtyard and orangery was fantastic!! A great place! Highly recommend in your wanting an authentic Italian stay!

The hotel staff were very friendly and explained the reservation and the airport shuttle fee. the room was clean and very reasonable size. we will stay here again. Also, we appreciate the snack and coffee since our flight was so early. The shuttle ride was prompt and safe.
