About this property

Lovely bright apartment, with modern design, perfect for families!

  • Our house is located in the historic center, in the heart of Bolzano. A few meters from the famous Walther Square of Bolzano, where in the Christmas period you are 5 minutes from the Christmas Market, very close to the Via dei Portici and Via Museo (where is the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol with the famous Ötzi) is ideal for those who want to discover the historic center on foot and visit the beautiful museums of our city!

    Beautiful area with all the comforts at your disposal!

    All rooms are newly furnished !

    The apartment is located just 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus station. In the area you will find many restaurants, bars, stores and typical local !

    Each apartment is perfect for 2-4 persons, 70 sqm, and are located on the second floor (with small elevator). The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed (for 2 persons) plus a double room with double bed. The kitchen is fully furnished, table and chairs, LCD TV with satellite, WIFI, a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet. Balcony!

    Towels (2 pieces per person/face and shower) and sheets are included. On request we provide a cot/crib at no extra charge. Final cleaning NOT included.
