The family-friendly and individually furnished terraced houses with a terrace are only 350 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. Modern and comfortably furnished, some of the houses have two bedrooms or two bathrooms. The living space extends over two levels and a fireplace offers special comfort even during the cold season. The traffic-calmed holiday village with old trees includes a playground with a slide, climbing frame, table tennis, sandpit and swing. The shopping center of Boltenhagen is just 400 meters away, where there are good shops and a post office. The charming terraced house in -Urlauberdorf 43c- “has a living space of 60sqm and is well equipped for a stay with up to 4 people. There are two separate bedrooms. Parking space free of charge. Please note that this is an offer for non-smokers and pets are welcome in this holiday home. The spacious living space extends to 60sqm and is ideal for up to 4 people. On the ground floor of the house, the bright living area offers a comfortable sofa, television, music system, dining area and an integrated, open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and the like. v.m. A Danish stove also creates a feel-good atmosphere. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and a chest of drawers. There is also a brightly tiled shower room with washing machine use on this lower level. The second bedroom is on the upper floor, welcomes you with a cozy sloping roof and is equipped with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Families are welcome and there is a travel cot and high chair for small children. You can park your car free of charge on the outdoor parking space. The holiday home also includes a small storage room, which is located at the house. Pets are welcome! Smoking is not allowed. You live only approx. 400 meters to the shopping center at the entrance to the town. We would be happy to spoil you every day with fresh rolls, the delivery service of which can be booked.
