Holiday Apartment No. 26 (upper floor) in the Sünnslag holiday complex, renovated in the spring of 2025, is a 2-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children.

You’ll be staying on the upper floor in a comfortable 2-room apartment with a south-facing balcony. The apartment features a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The Sünnslag resort is located approximately 400 m from the beach.

You can access the furnished balcony from the living area. In the living room, you can spend cosy evenings on the sofa (which converts into a sleeper sofa, 170 x 200 cm). A 50-inch flat-screen TV and a radio are available for your entertainment.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, an induction cooktop (4 burners) with an oven, a refrigerator, and a freezer. Everyone can gather around the dining table to enjoy meals together. The entire apartment features designer flooring, while the kitchen and bathroom are tiled.

The bedroom in the attic features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a pull-out daybed (80 or 160 x 200) for a restful night’s sleep. The skylights can be darkened with roller shades. You can store your holiday clothes in a chest of drawers and on a clothes rack.

A newly renovated shower room—which features underfloor heating—is also available for your use. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided free of charge. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

The assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be parked next to the building.

The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).
