The Reet/AM08a holiday home is a 4-room semi-detached house that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spread over three floors, this thatched-roof holiday home features a living room with access to the patio (the house has a total of two patios), three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your holiday here—125 m².

On the ground floor of the holiday home, you’ll find the living room, a cosy dining area, a sofa, and the integrated kitchenette. The guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and the entryway are also located here.

For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV and a stereo system are available. The modern kitchenette includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop with oven, a raclette machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The two bedrooms in the attic feature a double bed (1x 180 cm x 210 cm), two single beds pushed together (90 cm x 210 cm), and closets with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. The attic also features a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sauna, as well as a hallway. In the loft, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Two of the bedrooms also each have a TV.

Additional amenities in the holiday home include a washing machine, a dryer, a cot, and a high chair, as well as 2 complimentary bicycles (subject to availability). The entire house has Wi-Fi (subject to availability). Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking home.

The Mariannenweg holiday resort is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The car park is right at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access. This holiday home is assigned one parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public car park for a fee. The beach is only about 400 m away.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg holiday village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof cottages within the holiday village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandpit. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The car park, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.

At the Am Mariannenweg holiday complex, exclusive holiday homes with a unique living atmosphere await you. Each of the 20 semi-detached homes features two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate four to nine people depending on the layout.
You’re, of course, welcome to drive onto the property to bring your luggage or larger purchases to your thatched-roof house. For bicycles you bring with you, you’ll find a shed or bike rack at every house.
