Holiday Apartment 18-8 in the Papillon holiday complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This cosy 4-room holiday apartment, “Sonnenschein,” spans two levels and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. The approximately 70 m² apartment features a southeast-facing balcony. It includes a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 250 m from the Papillon holiday complex.

You can access the furnished balcony from the living area. The bright living room, featuring a comfortable corner sofa, invites you to relax. From the cosy dining area, you can enjoy the view of the greenery. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a selection of books and games. Laminate flooring was chosen for the living area.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Children’s tableware and a wide range of kitchen utensils are also provided. The floor in the entryway and kitchen area is tiled.

On the lower level, you’ll find a bedroom renovated in 2020 with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a radio alarm clock, and a wardrobe. An interior staircase leads to the attic, which features two additional bedrooms that were also renovated in 2021. Each is furnished with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 200 cm) and wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has an additional TV, while the other has a desk. All bedrooms feature designer flooring.

The shower room, which has a window, a double sink, and a separate toilet, also features designer flooring. This holiday rental includes a travel cot and a high chair. Younger guests are also provided with Duplo blocks and sand toys. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests in House 18. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the edge of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday resort. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
