Holiday Rental 04-2 at the Papillon Resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The approximately 55 m² 2-room holiday apartment with a south-west-facing terrace is located on the ground floor of Building 4. It features a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is about 250 m from the Papillon holiday complex.

You can access the terrace—furnished with a beach chair and modern seating—from the living area. The living room features a high-quality, easy-to-use double sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) as well as a beautifully designed dining area for four people. For your entertainment, there’s a 37-inch flat-screen TV, a stereo system with iPod and iPhone connectivity, a Blu-ray player, and a selection of games and books.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The kitchen area is tiled. Laminate flooring has been installed throughout the living and sleeping areas.

In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a three-door wardrobe for your holiday clothes. Additional storage space is provided by a closet in the entryway. All windows in the apartment are fitted with exterior blinds for light control as well as fly screens.

The tiled shower room has a welcoming design. Bicycles can be parked directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 4, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike storage area or a bike storage room.
