Ab ca. 3.30 Uhr morgens wird man von den Möven geweckt, was aber, angesichts der Tatsache, wo man sich dort befindet, nicht wirklich störend ist. Die Wohnung selber ist in einem ordentlichen sauberen Zustand. Nachmittags hat man komplett die Sonne auf dem Balkon. Nur die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Man kommt kaum in die Parklücke rein. Stock bevorzugen da er eine bessere Aussicht hat gegenüber Parterre, zumal das Haus einen Aufzug hat. Die Einrichtung ist normal, wobei die Betten und das Bad sehr gut sind. Die Ein- und Ausfahrt, sowie die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind allerdings sehr eng und für größere SUV\`s nicht geeignet. Mit Fahrradträgern ist es noch schwieriger, zumal der Eindruck entsteht, dass Fahrradfahrer nicht willkommen sind.
