Floor. For up to 2 persons (+ 1 toddler up to 5 years) and small dog. The apartment is centrally located in the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen; only 200 meters from the beach. The apartment is located in the center of Boltenhagen in close proximity to shops and restaurants. In the cozy combined living and sleeping area is the double bed (lying area 180 cm x 200 cm) with new pocket spring mattresses. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa and a new flat screen TV for watching TV. You can surf the internet via the free Wi-Fi access. From the living area you have direct access to the south-west-facing balcony. An umbrella protects from the sun and the windows have exterior shutters. The bathroom has a shower. The renovation will be completed in the next few days, the photos show once the new facility. It has been painted and a modern allergy suitable vinyl flooring laid. The furniture and small kitchen appliances were completely renewed and the apartment maritime, modern decorated in bright colors. The car will find space in the underground garage, which is located directly under the house. (The entrance to the underground car park is 2.00 m). The cafes, restaurants and charming little shops in the traffic-free promenade are within walking distance. In eastern direction with view to the park is the Kurhaus. Past the Kurhaus and across the Ostseeallee, you will reach the central pier and the popular beach sections. Esonders imponiert hat und die freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung und übergabe der Wohnung. Da blieben keine Fragen offen, incl. erster Ausflugtips. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz und ein abschließbarer Fahrradraum gehören zur Wohnug. Die Wohnung ist im 1\. Sock. Ebenso die Einkaufsläden vor Ort, die auch alles bieten. DIESE WOHNUNG ist immer sauber und aufs NEUESTE eingerichtet. Auch hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Unterkunft war prinzipiell wie beschrieben, jedoch war uns nicht klar, dass der Balkon die einzige Luftzufuhr ist und dementsprechend haben wir nachts nicht so gut geschlafen. Zudem war die Raumluft an sich nicht gut durch Gerüche aus der Küche. Das Bad (Dusche im speziellen) ist sehr eng. ##### Kerstin T. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Sehr ruhig und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und haben uns gut aufgenommen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und uns wohl gefühlt. Der Strand und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Gebrauchs sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Begüßung und Einweisung. Wir fühlten uns mit unserer Katze sehr willkommen. Vielen Dank an Familie Harms. -:) Das Appartement ist modern und doch gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist bis zum kleinsten Detail an alles gedacht, was man braucht, siehe Onlinebeschreibung.
