### Modern and spacious for an extraordinary stay 

75 sqm apartment for 2+2 guests in the modern villa where there is only one other adjacent apartment. Perfect for those who want a nice porch and garden at just the right distance from the pool and main structure, but with an incredible view of the lake.  
  
Although screened by lush jasmine, Cerro’s garden is shared with the adjoining apartment, with which it shares, among other things, a huge barbecue that provides unforgettable grills.  
  
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator and all the utensils for four guests. There is also a mocha and American coffee maker. The large fireplace gives a special warmth to the living room.  
  
On the veranda there is a large round table to enjoy the cool evening air and deck chairs to relax under the trees.
