We booked one of two rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and couldn't be used. They moved us to another room at midnight, no assistance. The wifi did not reach our room and we needed to work, so we had to work from the restaurant downstairs during night hours. The breakfast was underwhelming. The service in the restaurant was not great. I checked in a few hours early and was charged for a half day even though the other room that was like ours was empty. I complained to Expedia and Expedia did not help.

My only issue was that I had requested a pick at the airport. At the last minute I was told pick ups were only with WhatsApp, which I don't have. I was charged an exorbitant price by a taxi, I had no other choice
