Great location and clean compact room but with everything needed. Check in was a bit laborious with staff member showing us how to do each screen when they could have just checked us in but no problem. Slight noise from underground but quite therapeutic!

Only a 10 minute walk from the Kilburn station. Very nice hospitality. Was quite, clean and had a lovely stay.

Staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped for self catering- although we did not need this. Location is great for Crouch End and also convenient to access central London.

We had stayed several Times at Riu Madrid which is an excellent property which we always book even before booking our flights to Spain. However, we had not stayed in any other of their hotels. This time we chose the London property after hating our booked hotel and scrambling to find where to stay. The Riu London did not disappoint. We checked in within an hour of booking it in Expedia and when we got there we were welcomed with open arms. The hotel is spacious with all the amenities you could want, even a Gym and like the one in Madrid, the included breakfast is marvelous. Thanks Riu for saving our vacation. From now on I will search for Riu Hotels wherever I vacation before even entertaining the idea of staying somewhere else.

This hotel has been recently updated with modern appliances and a high-tech feel. The room is spacious by central London standards. Although our room was on the -1 level, we could barely hear the Tube, even at night. There is no front desk, but management responded promptly to our requests via email. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the British Museum and the Russell Square Tube station. We visited in April and found it to be an excellent value for a short stay in London.
