Beautifully renovated hotel however there are issues with how well it’s run. Our room was not cleaned one day, no water in the room, no fridge and no hair dryer.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly book it again for our next visit to Budapest. The location is ideal—right in a vibrant square full of energy, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet, providing the perfect retreat after a full day of exploring the city. One of the highlights for us was discovering that we were within walking distance of the Szabó Ervin Library, a must-see that had been on my to-do list for a long time. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. We also enjoyed some downtime at the pool table, which added a fun, relaxing touch to our evenings. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable—so much so that I asked for the brand details so we could recreate the experience at home. Overall, the hotel offered the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended!

"The property was set in a nice location but the description of the holiday was nothing like the pool was nice but there was no air-conditioning which was a must in the heat we had no hot tub and not cleaned from the previous guest there was food in the cooker dred to think how long that was in there ..."
