Mooi park dat Bokrijk
Bokrijk is an open-air museum in Belgium that offers entertainment for young and old alike. The Belgian Percherons are beautiful. There are many other live animals and people enacting in period costume. There was a live church service in the small chapel onsite. It was not in English; however, our relatives translated the jist of what was going on. People were quite amused at the priest as he seemed to have a good sense of humour. There are live demonstrations from bread making to how the old windmill used to operate.

This is a very central location- above a very busy bar on the weekends so maybe not the best for travelling with children. Front staff were nice enough but room was T I N Y for two adults and one child. No small refrigerator in room and cream for coffee had gone bad. Aesthetics were very cool!

Very clean room, staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good, but the full english selection was missing sausages, beans and tomatoes. As mentioned before, the glass-walled toilet and shower room was just unpleasant snd rather creepy.
