The home is centrally located on the island, so you will be close to everything Pine Island has to offer - from Bokeelia, to St James City, to Matlache. Located on a private waterway, you will have endless kayaking and fishing spots at your disposal. If boating isn’t your thing, you can catch fish right off the dock, where huge snook have been known to hang out.
