Arrived to the hotel poor front desk agent was very helpful and got me a room while trying to communicate with expedia. The room had the AC off and I was told at check out "sorry the manager does not want to activate"" im sorry what? This hotel should NEVER be listed as options for Bratislava as it is in a completely different city! Full price for an uncomfortable night with no sleep due to no AC??

The hotel charged me for the room even though I had paid on Expedia. When I contacted them for a refund, they asked for my bank info and said that would be the fastest. I did so but have not received the money. That was a week ago and they are not answering my calls or emails. Very sad, as it was a nice stay.

"Très déçu de cet appartement. Erreur lors de la réservation pas de notre part, ils nous proposent un autre appart' plus cher ou suivant leurs propos "d aller en chercher un autre ailleurs". Fatigués de la route, nous acceptons de payer (encaissement du surplus en liquide donc pas de preuve...) Malheureusement, ..."
