An expansive, remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath, private house on a large lot that adjoins open space to the Boise Foothills. Two blocks off Historic Warm Springs Ave, close to Greenbelt, Boise River, Botanical Garden, golf course, tennis, basketball, hiking, mountain biking, etc. 1.5 mi to Downtown. A short 5.8 miles to the Boise Airport ($11-$18 Uber ride, $20 via Taxi) Quiet and tranquil, peaceful and open, this property is ideally located; a country feel in the heart of the city! The home sits on ¼ acre with access to the trails out the back gate (mountain bike or hike hundreds of miles). The home has central air for a very comfortable stay during the warmer summer months. A 550 sq ft outbuilding serves as the 3rd bedroom and includes 2 queen beds (one is a futon). Please note there is no bathroom in the outbuilding.

- A Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with full-size Jenn-Air appliances, a gas cooktop, a dishwasher, a new set of quality pots and pan - Front-load washer/dryer, with fragrance-free soap/dryer sheets - The Dining area has a table and 6 chairs. The bar/island that overlooks the cooktop will seat 4 (great for conversations with the cook!). - The living room features a large sectional, a large leather chair, and a 75” LED HDTV with Netflix, Blue-Ray/DVD/CD/YouTube TV with DVR. - High-Speed WiFi throughout the home. - Large Master Suite features a king-size bed, a relaxing reading area, a walk-in closet, and a large master bathroom with a walk-in shower for two. Includes a 55" flat panel TV also with YouTube TV w/DVR, Apple TV, Netflix, etc. - 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed, a large closet, and nightstands with reading lamps. - 3rd bedroom is separate from the main house. A 550 sqft additional sleeping quarters. Includes: -- A queen-size bed, queen futon sleeper, dresser/armoire -- Ductless heating and cooling unit. -- Sorry, no bathroom in the ADU.
- Large back patio, with views of the foothills, is furnished with a table, 6 chairs, a sun umbrella, a large gas BBQ, and a fire pit. Four plastic Adirondack chairs provide additional seating. - Attached 2 car garage with room for baby equipment, bikes, and/or misc. - Access hiking/biking trails from the backyard. - Please ask about additional sleeping options for 2. We have 2 cots with bedding we can provide.
FLEXIBLE CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT Please let us know if you'd like an earlier check-in or a later checkout time. It all depends on other bookings, but we'll try to accommodate. We do need to schedule cleaning in advance so please ask when checking in.
WINTER PRICING Winter pricing is set to attract guests with smaller parties. Although the home is best situated for 6 guests, parties of 1-5 guests will find the home very affordable during the winter months.
YOUR HOSTS This property is owner-managed so you can be sure it is cleaned to perfection and you will not experience any unexpected surprises. We personally inspect the property before each guest's arrival. We live next door and can be available to give advice about things to do, favorite restaurants/pubs, or whatever. We've lived in Boise for 25+ years! Please, do not hesitate to call, text, or stop by if you have any questions or concerns.

Attention to detail!! This house had everything you need!! Beautiful space for family to gather, close proximity to downtown & best of all, you can jump on the trails from the backyard! Will definitely rebook this property for our next visit.
We came into Boise for an event at the Old Idaho State penitentiary. This house was perfect for our friend group. Plenty of space, very clean, very comfortable. Great location, close to the penitentiary well also conveniently located near lots of great restaurants and bars in Idaho.
Great place! We have been short-term rental owners ourselves and recognized all the extras that were offered with this rental. I highly recommend this place!

Large, lovely, well appointed home away from home.
This home is as described. A newly remodeled home in a family neighborhood and near plenty of things to keep you busy. A lovely trail system literally out the back gate and downtown a walk away (about a mile). The city itself is clean, well run and very walkable with plenty to do and see. Hosts Gary and Lynn live right next door and are very accommodating and have lots of useful information about the area. You can't go wrong staying at this property.
Lovely home. Remodeled very nicely with anything you could want in the kitchen & house. Nice walking trail right out the back door. Bed was VERY comfortable; rooms very spacious, neighborhood quiet. Close to downtown for restaurants & breweries. Highly recommend!
We loved everything about our stay at this property. Easy access for morning trail walks just out the backyard, lots of privacy, and plenty of space. If you want an extra special vacation, this is the home for you. Fabulous location, lovely décor, numerous amenities, and super clean. Tons of room to spread out and lots of places to store your items but have them close at hand. We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this is the first time we did not have to unpack our "just in case the kitchen does not have it" bag. This home is a fabulous choice for anyone and everyone!
This is a fabulous property to rent in Boise. The location is close to downtown in a very good neighborhood. The house is spacious with hiking, biking and walking paths accessible from the back yard. The house is well stocked with cooking and bedding supplies. The pictures are worth a 1,000 words.
We really enjoyed our stay in Boise. The home is spacious and well maintained. The owners were very helpful in answering our questions. Great appliances and room layouts. The huge master bedroom could, use some blackout shades for the summertime early and late sun and with children napping. The beds were all comfortable. We knew the out-building didn't have it's own bathroom, but that would have been a real bonus. The location was excellent and we loved the backyard.
We stayed at this lovely house for BSU Parent’s Weekend. Although we didn’t have the time to fully enjoy all this beautiful home and area has to offer it was a great stay. This home is beautifully done and has everything you will need. We met one of the hosts and he was very nice and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal. The beds were super comfortable. Large living room and comfy sectional to kick back and watch tv. The view out the back was awesome. The trail can be accessed right behind the property for a great bike ride or long walk. Would definitely stay at this property again.
This is a great house. Lots of room with a beautiful backyard, backing up to open space. Communication with the owner was easy and they live right next door. We had told them we were coming in late so they turned on some lights for us so we were not going into a dark house. It is a great location and it will be our Boise go o to from now on.
