Comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located — your North End Upstairs Bungalow is the ideal Boise home base for walkability, comfort, and memorable stays.
We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules.
-No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval
-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors` driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
-Please remove shoes in the house

🐾 Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below:

Pet Fee
• A $100 pet fee per stay applies.
• This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking.
• Pets must be disclosed during booking.

House Rules for Pets
• Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled.
• We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings.

Cleaning Policy
• If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. If you have questions about bringing your pet, feel free to reach out prior to booking.

Awesome hosts

The stay was great…excellent location and wonderful hosts. I brought up a maintenance issue that I was able to fix fairly easily and Julie stopped by with a thank you card and gift card to one of our favorite spots in Hyde Park. That’s great hospitality!

Fantastic - highly recommend - great communication with Owners

Clean, cozy, quiet, convenient. It's close to everything Boise and Greenbelt. Couple of blocks from the Hyde Park Strip - you can walk that in about 1/4 mile and be at restaurants and shops. About a 1/4 mile from trailheads at Camels Back Park. Read the instructions carefully for laundry location - easy. Enjoyed immensely. Will likely be return customer.

This is a new listing and it only had one review, but we took a chance on it anyway since it seemed to check all of our boxes. The bed was comfortable ✔️ The water was nice and hit for showers✔️ Very clean✔️ Comfortable living room for chilling at the end of the day✔️ Great location - close to downtown, yoga studio, nice area for walking. We would stay here again.

Not our Favorite Stay in Boise

Overall rental was sufficient, very basic involving the necessities, such as towels and furniture. We were given 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth. The furniture was quite basic and not very comfortable. This was our third rental property in 3 years in Boise, and by far it was not our favorite. We had difficulty dealing with the management person of the property, who always seemed rushed when called for any issues and unorganized.
