The charming older house in the great Northend Boise neighborhood has been completely modernized. It was impeccably clean, well furnished and decorated, and well equipped. There is a nice seating area in the fenced front yard where we ate breakfast. There are 3 BR/2BA on the main floor of the house. Everything thing has been updated and whomever did the architecture kept some of the old with the new. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home. ##### John R. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen has modern appliances and all the plates, utensils, and cooking tools you need. Nice TV in the living room to watch any of the streaming services. Large backyard with a Weber grill. The neighborhood is charming and very close to central Boise. There were a couple minor issues but management answered my texts almost immediately and resolved the problems that day. Their communication was excellent thru the whole process. The home is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. The host provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. Communication was seamless!
