This home includes a king suite with ensuite bath, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two queen beds and a desk. The living room has a sectional, smart TV, and fireplace. The kitchen offers essentials and a spacious dining area for shared meals. A bright sunroom doubles as a yoga space, workspace, or play area for kids. Outside, enjoy a private in-ground pool and furnished deck. Includes Wi-Fi, A/C, laundry, and parking.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, and private pool during their stay. Enjoy full use of all indoor and outdoor living spaces, including the sunroom, laundry, and driveway. Please note: the detached garage is not accessible to guests.

OTHER NOTES
An extra air mattress is available in the third bedroom for additional sleeping space. You'll also find a pack-n-play in the primary bedroom closet for guests traveling with little ones. Please note: the pool is not fenced with a certified barrier, so children must be supervised at all times when outdoors. Safety is our top priority, and we ask that all guests follow posted pool guidelines.
The primary guest booking the property is required to sign the pool liability waiver within 48hrs of booking the property.
Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.
Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.
A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

Quiet Hours
10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Outside of quiet hours, we also kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially outdoors, out of respect for our neighbors.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, or team/groups events are not allowed
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, including e-cigarettes. A $250 flat fee will be charged for the remedy of smoke removal.
No Pets
Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.
If items are left behind, guests are responsible for all shipping costs plus a $15 service fee for handling and time.

PRIVACY-SAFE MONITORING
To ensure a comfortable stay and maintain our commitment to the neighborhood, this home uses an entry camera and privacy-safe sensors (indoor/outdoor) to monitor noise, smoke, and occupancy. There are no cameras inside the home. Our sensors do not record audio or video, ensuring your stay remains completely private.
